Lancer Evolution Stage Two Power Package
Add the last seven characters of your VIN in the order notes, or the chassis number for an imported car, and we check the part before dispatch.
Stage Two Power Package for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution: a front mount intercooler, high flow intake, sports catalyst turbo back exhaust and a road legal calibration.
A bigger turbo is the part of a power upgrade people talk about and the least of it. Fuelling, intercooling, clutch capacity, oil supply and a calibration done on a dyno are what decide whether the car is quicker for years or quicker until the first track day. These packages include the supporting parts, and the power figures quoted are what we measure on our own dyno at UK pump fuel, not what a manufacturer printed on a box. The Evolution uses active centre and yaw control differentials whose pump and fluid are the parts that fail first, long before the 4G63 does.
Specification and fitment
- Fits: Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, chassis code CT9A and CZ4A
- Engine: 4G63T and 4B11T turbo
- Production dates: 2001 to 2016
- Quality: Parts Only or Fitted With Dyno Map
- Part number: cross referenced to the factory part number for your VIN or chassis number and confirmed before dispatch, because supersessions and market variations are common and one printed number would be wrong for somebody
- The failure this addresses: heat soak and restriction on a car that wants to keep its reliability
- Labour time: about 8 hours plus dyno time
- Coding: a calibration is required and is included on the fitted option. Running this part without one risks the engine

Fitting
Labour guide: about 8 hours plus dyno time. Japanese manufacturers change parts by build date and by market, and grey imports add a second layer to that. Send the VIN or chassis number with the order and we confirm the part against the build data before anything is dispatched. For imported cars send the chassis plate, because the UK registration will not tell us enough. We are an independent parts specialist for Japanese cars. We are not Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mazda, Subaru or Mitsubishi and are not appointed by any of them; the names are their trademarks and are used here to describe fitment. We stock genuine, OEM and quality aftermarket side by side and every listing says which is which, because the price difference is real and so, sometimes, is the quality difference. Performance modifications must be declared to your insurer before you drive the car. Most specialist insurers are happy with sensible parts; an undeclared modification can void a claim entirely. We do not sell decat pipes, particulate filter deletes, EGR blanks, emulators, or crackle and pop calibrations. They are illegal on a road car in the UK, an MOT failure and they void insurance. Every performance part here keeps the emissions equipment working.
Which version to buy
Parts Only is the parts delivered to you or your garage with our fitting notes. Fitted With Dyno Map is fitted at our workshop with a road legal calibration and before and after dyno runs.
Genuine, OEM and Quality Aftermarket are options on the same listing, so you can compare before you buy. The difference
