Air Conditioning Overhaul Package for the Nissan Navara: compressor, condenser, drier and expansion valve replaced, the system flushed, leak tested and regassed.

Radiators, intercoolers, oil coolers and hoses. Turbo cars on track run out of cooling before they run out of power, and heat soak is the reason many feel slower on the second lap. The D23 Navara is a hard working pick up, and the 2.3 dCi timing chain and the rear leaf or coil suspension are where the money goes.

Fitting

Labour guide: about 6 hours. Japanese manufacturers change parts by build date and by market, and grey imports add a second layer to that. Send the VIN or chassis number with the order and we confirm the part against the build data before anything is dispatched.
