More brake means more thermal capacity rather than more stopping power from a single stop; the tyres decide that. Big brake kits matter on track and on heavy cars that are driven hard, and they need wheels that clear them. Every kit here lists the minimum wheel size. The CX-5 2.2 Skyactiv D is efficient but dislikes short journeys, and oil dilution and injector seals follow if it is used that way.

Fitting

Labour guide: about 5 hours, included on the fitted option. Japanese manufacturers change parts by build date and by market, and grey imports add a second layer to that. Send the VIN or chassis number with the order and we confirm the part against the build data before anything is dispatched.
